“Security of supply in a post-COVID-19 world” -scenario planning carried out by NESA

The National Emergency Supply Agency is carrying out a scenario planning to map the permanent changes caused by the coronavirus crisis and Finland’s ability to adapt to them. The results of this scenario planning will be published in 2020 in a report that will include four alternative depictions of a post-COVID-19 ‘new normal’ and examine the needs for change that these scenarios impose on security of supply work.
