Lights always on in Europe

The goal of UNDERSTAND is to keep lights always on in Europe, the electricity supply in the European transmission grids uninterrupted.

There are three target groups:

· active transmission system operators (TSOs)
· future, learning to be TSOs
· energy sector professionals in general.

The UNDERSTAND project creates a training model which subsequent energy security training projects can build on.
